A note about the recent events in Middle East

Two recent events in the Middle East reminded me of the Lunar Eclipse occurred on the last February and the blog post about it: The shadowed Moon over Arabia.  The first is the abruptly announced resignation of the Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri from Saudi Arabia on 4 November 2017 followed by the arrests of 11 Princes for corruption in Saudi Arabia during the night. The other one is the earthquake occurred on 12 November on the Iran-Iraq border.  Since during the lunar eclipse occurred on 11th February  2017 the Moon was in Leo the affected region should have been, according to Ptolemy, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan and Kuwait in particular since those countries are ruled by Leo and also Syria, Palestine, Israel and Yemen since they are under the influence of the fire triplicity.

In my previous post I judged that the effects would have concerned the fall or death of leaders and damage to buildings and would showed up between the first half of October and the first half of February 2018; the intensification of the effects around November 2017.

Below we can see the chart I erected for Al Qurayyat, a city in the north of Saudi Arabia, close to the border of  Jordan and Iraq where the malefic are exactly on the angles during the eclipse.

What’s going on in Saudi Arabia?

The situation in Saudi Arabia is quite puzzling. The resignation of Hariri , the Lebanese Prime Minister, announced on the television during his visit in Riyadh, was followed by the rumors that he was forced to declare it and possibly detained against his will in Riyadh. Moreover on 9 November 2017, Saudi Arabia, and subsequently the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, urge all citizens currently in Lebanon to leave the country immediately.  The arrest of number of prominent Saudi Arabian princes, government ministers, and business people occurred during the night following the Hariri’s announcement of his resignation. The detainees were confined at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Riyadh and measures to prevent their fleeing were taken. Prince Mansour bin Muqrin, son of former Crown Prince, was killed while allegedly attempting to flee the country with his private helicopter on November 5. There were rumors that Abdul Aziz, youngest son of King Fahd, was killed while resisting arrest, but the Saudi information ministry released a statement which deny those rumors.

It seem reasonable that the Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, who led the anti-corruption committee, want to strengthen his power in Saudi Arabia and change the political balances in the Middle East.

The announcement of Hariri’s resignation was broadcasted around 11:30 UT.

Let’s note that Saturn is exactly at the MC,  25° Sagittarius, the same zodiacal degree he had during the eclipse when he was rising at the horoscope. After the lunar eclipse Saturn became retrograde and then he started again the direct motion reaching the same position the 5th of November. Mars is at 8° of Libra almost in opposition to the position he had during the eclipse at 10° of Aries.

The Iran–Iraq earthquake

On 12 November 2017 at 18:18 UTC an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 occurred on the Iran–Iraq border, just inside Iran, with an epicentre approximately 32 kilometers south-southwest of the city of Halabja, Iraqi Kurdistan.

It was felt throughout the Middle East and further away. With at least 452 people killed and more than 8,100 injured. It is currently the deadliest earthquake of 2017.

In the chart of the earthquake Mars in exactly at the IC at 13° of Libra, almost in opposition to his position during the eclipse. The Sun and the Moon are in sextile and in parallel in mundo around the IC where Mars is posited. Moreover Mars is oriental and rules the Sun and Saturn and the Moon are in square in mundo.

In the syzygy preceding the earthquake the malefics were in the angular houses in perfect square in mundo.earthquake-syzygy.png
